Privacy Policy

Account details you give us (name, email address, password), order details, messages you send us, artwork files you upload, and — if you opt in — an email address or phone number for marketing.

• Shopify — checkout, payment processing and order records. Payment card details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Supabase — our accounts, messaging, store credit and artwork storage backend.
• WhatsApp — only if you choose to message us there.

Artwork you upload is stored in a private bucket that is not publicly readable. Files are never exposed through a permanent or long-lived public link. When you or an authorised member of our production team opens a file, a short-lived authorised link is generated on demand and expires within minutes.

We keep production artwork for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to support reorders and reprints, and delete it on request unless we are required to keep a record for accounting purposes. Email us through the contact page or WhatsApp to request deletion.

We only send marketing emails or messages if you explicitly tick the consent box. Consent is never pre-ticked, and we record the date, the channel and the consent text you agreed to. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any message or contacting us.

We record privacy-conscious, first-party events on our own site — such as product views, add to cart, starting checkout, WhatsApp quote clicks and artwork uploads — so we can improve the shop. These events hold no advertising identifiers and are not shared with ad networks.
