Terms of Sale

Final Mylar Boss supplies empty packaging and printing only. All items are sold unfilled. Customers are responsible for lawful use of the products they order.

You confirm that your artwork and your intended use of the goods comply with all applicable UK law, including labelling and advertising rules for your sector.

Basic artwork preflight and proofing is included free with every order. Where a file is unsuitable for print — low resolution, wrong colour space, missing bleed, no cut path — you can add the optional “Artwork repair & setup” service so we can fix or rebuild the file. That paid service is separate from the free standard proof.

Production starts once you approve your proof. We cannot be held responsible for errors present in approved artwork, including spelling, barcodes and legal wording.

Printed, engraved and personalised items are made to your specification. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, bespoke and personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right once production has begun. Your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are unaffected.

Prices, options and quantities shown on product pages are taken live from our shop and are the ones that apply at checkout. Combinations that are not listed can be quoted on WhatsApp. Prices include the options shown; shipping and any taxes are calculated at checkout.

Turnaround is product specific and is shown on each product. Most items are produced and dispatched in 5–10 working days. Direct-print mylar bags are produced overseas and take 16–30 working days. Turnaround runs from artwork approval, not from order placement.

Screens and print differ. Small colour variation between a proof, a screen and the final print — and between production runs — is normal and is not a defect.
