About Custom Mylar Bags
Direct-print mylar is produced by an SGS-registered manufacturing partner we have worked with for years, giving edge-to-edge artwork, precise colour matching and a choice of matte, gloss, spot gloss and holographic finishes. Lead time on direct print is typically 16–30 days, reflecting tooling, proofing and freight.
Need stock sooner? Labelled mylar uses in-house printed wraps applied to stocked pouches, usually shipping in 5–10 working days. Both routes support resealable zips, tear notches and child-resistant closures where your market requires them.
Sizes run from small 3.5g pouches through to bulk 1kg formats. If you are working to a regulated specification, we design around EU-GMP and GACP style expectations for traceability, batch consistency and labelling.
